Freska!

..got invited by weeza today to visit her resto...been there a few times...and they serve good food - seafood and other ilonggo cuisine! biased? yeah probably coz i'm a local..hehe...but you should go try it....yummy!!

...for this round i tried the following:

....tempura oysters...interesting...they deep fried the oysters and coated it with flour and wasabi...then they dripped some mayo over it...hehe...weeza said it tasted good - so all right i ordered a plate...it didn't taste bad - but - i still wished i ordered the classic oyster with four cheese....hahahaha...

...batchoy - yummy!!

...crispy catfish with mango salad! yummy!! stopped myself from eating the whole plate coz weeza said we should leave some for the "photographer"...hahaha...

...bananas de molo - it was fried crispy thin molo wrappers laid one on top of the other with caramel ice cream on top...choclit drippings all over the plate plus cut-up bananas coated with brown sugar on the side...hehe - this one was yummy...wanted the caramel ice cream all to myself!! but weeza said leave some for the photographer!! hahahaha...

yun pala...libre ni rhiza...no wonder she was stopping me from devouring the plate...she paid for snack ala dinner as she requested us (well it was juz tebs) to take pixes of the beer balloon...what's a beer balloon? its a dispenser that's filled with 10 bottles of beer - in place of the normal pitcher...

visit freska!! they've got branches at promenade 2nd floor..and another one along katipunan (near ateneo)...yeah this is free ad for weeza...after all she paid for dinner...hahaha...
